Loft renovation

St-Urbain Street in Montreal

Renovation on St-Urbain Street in Montreal of a loft in the heart of the island of Montreal starting with the existing gypsum partitions and the concrete slab on the floor.

The entire layout has been redesigned to create functional spaces. A kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a complete bathroom are arranged in this contiguous space without compromising comfort. The use of glass panels allowed the room to be insulated in a corner with no windows while respecting the regulations and the safety of the occupants.
