Certified and accredited general contractor

We play by the rules and exceed standards

We are a company in good order, recognized and accredited. For us, compliance and respect of rules and standards are priorities.

Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ)

The Régie du bâtiment du Québec verifies the technical and administrative qualifications of a company as well as its ability to manage security on the construction sites. In addition, the RBQ requires that every company possess a bail bond in order to compensate customers in the case of fault or bankruptcy.

Association des professionnels de la construction et de l’habitation du Québec (APCHQ)

The primary mandate of the Association Provinciale des constructeurs d’Habitation du Québec is the protection of the public. It supports the warranty of new houses, performs credit checks on accredited companies and supplies bail bonds. Due to the high quality of our customer experience, we have a Gold certification.

Ordre des technologues professionnels du Québec (OTPQ)

The primary mandate of the Ordre des Technologues professionnels du Québec is the protection of the public. It verifies professional practice through the code of ethics and continued professional training. Luc Gendron, Technologue en architecture, T.P. 11945

Service en habitation CAA-Québec

Credibility and neutrality make CAA-Québec the go-to source for members seeking a qualified supplier or informed advice about maintaining their home and preventing or solving problems.

APCHQ Certified Contractor (formerly Réno-Maître)

In 2019, the Réno-Maître certification system was replaced by the APCHQ Certified recognition program. This program highlights the professionalism of contractors and the excellence of the customer service offered, as they must maintain a satisfaction rate of at least 85% to obtain the certification. Our company is GOLD certified.
